Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed

Dear Nicciknows,

I am not quite sure what the name of the product would BEE But I am searching for an eyeliner pencil that lines the INSIDE of your lower eyelid with a white-ish hue? It is supposed to make your eyes look wider when all the mascara and eyeliner is applied.

Any info on where I could find this would be great! Thanks!

This definitely makes your eyes looking wider and brighter! Try Stila Kajal Pencil in Topaz, ($16.50 at Beauty.com). It's a really natural looking, bright tone and the texture is VERY soft and silky but stays put!
