I have to share about the amazing customer service experience I had with T3 last week. My TREASURED T3 blow dryer pooped out on me after almost 4 years of utter fabulousness. I remembered that there was some sort of lifetime warranty but had no idea what the details were. So I looked on the website and sent them an email to see if there was anything they could do.
Not only did they tell me that they'd waive Shipping and Handling but they then sent me a BRAND NEW T3 Hairdryer within a week. In a time of stress and strain, it's nice to know that some companies haven't forgotten the importance of customer service and standing behind their products. It doesn't hurt that these hair styling tools are hands down the best in the business either! Check em out at T3 Micro.
